Goldene Schnitzel embodies our philosophy in ist purest form: With passion we combine tradition with new techniques to give exquisite products their chance to shine. Rare herbs from our rooftop garden; citrus fruits from the imperial orangery at Schönbrunn; forgotten native vegetables and fruits; and the best produce from our farm in Pogusch. We hope to share our curiosity and love of discovery with you.
